About it – Bright Travels was started in 1990 by Mohammad Imtiyazuddin and has two offices in Hyderabad, one in Mehdipatnam and the other in Shaikpet. They also have tie-ups with Shrusti Travels in Bangalore and One Step Travels in Mumbai.

 

Cab Details – They have 35 cars in a variety of models. These include Indica, Verna, Qualis, Scorpio, Indigo, Innova, Accent and Mercedes Benz. Indica and Qualis cars are available in both air-conditioned and non air-conditioned versions. All the remaining cars are air-conditioned.

 

For your entertainment, the cars are equipped with music systems. The Innova cars also have TV screens. Water and daily newspapers are placed in the luxury cars and on request, magazines are provided too. Cars are also provided for outstation travel when the minimum travel is 300 kilometers.

 

Bright Travels also has tie-ups with travel agencies because of which they can provide Swaraj Mazda vans and buses like Volvos too. These can be hired for a minimum of eight hours or 80 kilometers and for outstation travel a minimum of 300 kilometers.

 

Cab Driver Details – Bright Travels has 42 drivers. Those who drive luxury cars are dressed in all white and the rest are in white shirts and blue trousers. They carry badges for identification and mobile phones. All the drivers are fluent in Hindi and Telugu and some speak English as well.

 

Charges – They have fixed tariffs and can be booked for a minimum of two hours or 25 kilometers. Rates vary based on the type of the car you choose.

 

For Indica, it starts at Rs. 300 for non air-conditioned cars and Rs. 400 for air-conditioned cars for two hours or 25 kilometers, whichever is higher. The rates start from Rs. 3,000 for four hours or 40 kilometers for a Mercedes Benz.

 

For Swaraj Mazda vans it is Rs. 3,000 for non air-conditioned and Rs. 6,000 for air-conditioned models. For bigger buses it is Rs. 5,000 and Rs. 15,000 respectively. These can be hired for a minimum of eight hours or 80 kilometers. Special discounts are provided to corporates.
